Albert Otto

Albert Otto was born and raised in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is a consulting civil engineer, minister and author of four books. His published works include Letters from the Earth (poetry, runner-up of the ANA/NDDC Gabriel Okara Poetry Prize 2007), The Twins and the Garden (children’s literature, 2019) and The Marble House (play, 2020). His most recent book of poems, Flowers in the Savannah, will be published in July, 2024. He is a member of the Association of Nigerian Authors, Rivers State Chapter, of which he was the secretary from 2020 to 2021.
